Services include the design, development, ongoing maintenance and end-user support of web applications for the Senate IT network.
LIBRARY OF CONGRESS AGILE DEVELOPMENT AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION IDIQ: Under this multiple-award IDIQ, Artemis Consulting offers the Library a full range of IT services to support the planning, design, development, integration and maintenance of the Library’s IT systems and software applications. The scope includes Agile Software Development, Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Products, Platform as a Service (PaaS)/Software as a Service (SaaS), Systems Integration, DevOps and Continuous Delivery, User Experience and Interface Design Services, Business Analysis and Requirements Support Services, Quality Control/Quality Assurance and Testing Services, and Program/Project/Product Management.
LIBRARY OF CONGRESS IT LIFECYLE SUPPORT SERVICES IDIQ: Artemis Consulting offers the full range of IT technical support services via this multiple-award contract, including planning and analysis, modernization and enhancements, and operations and maintenance activities. The major task areas supported include Software Development, Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Products, Platform as a Service (PaaS)/Software as a Service (SaaS) Systems, Database Management Systems, Communications and Messaging Platforms, Collaboration Systems and Platforms, Operations Support for IT Services, Voice and Data Networking Infrastructure, Systems Monitoring and Management, and Datacenter Operations.
GSA MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE (MAS): Through our GSA MAS contract (GS-35F-493AA), we can provide IT services to federal agencies, qualified state and local government agencies and qualified government corporations. These IT Services are available under Category 54151S using GSA Advantage.
SEAPORT-E: Artemis Consulting is a team member for one of the SeaPort-e IDIQ awards. This vehicle is the Navy’s platform for acquiring services in 22 functional areas, including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.
U.S. SENATE SHAREPOINT SERVICES IDIQ: Artemis Consulting can provide the U.S. Senate with a range of Microsoft SharePoint support, including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance and support services for SharePoint portal sites for the U.S. Senate and Committee Offices.
U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES IDIQ: Artemis Consulting offers IT support to the U.S. House of Representatives’ Legislative Computer System (LCS) for the Office of the Clerk.
VETERANS AFFAIRS T4NG: Artemis Consulting is a team member for one of the T4NG awards. This contract covers areas of technical support, program management, strategy planning, systems/software engineering, enterprise network engineering, cyber security, among other IT- and health-related IT requirements. The T4NG contract awards support the Department’s MyVA transformation effort, improving the way the VA serves Veterans.
