Artemis Consulting is pleased to announce that Don Emerson has joined our company as the new Vice President of Operations and Growth. In his role, Don is responsible for managing strategic growth in the U.S. Federal and State Government markets, forging new business partnerships and overseeing various operational areas.

Don has served as the Chief Innovation Officer at DOMA Technologies, LLC, Vice President at CACI, and Director at Information Systems Support. Don was a Naval Officer and a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. He holds a Master’s degree in Systems Management from University of Denver.
