Case Study
A Federal Government client was new to the Agile methodology and development. We helped them implement Agile tooling (installing and maintaining an on-premise Jira platform across multiple data centers) and also provided training and coaching in Scrum methodology, sprint planning and grooming, as well as how to run Scrum ceremonies. In addition, we were on the panel that helped the Federal Government audit agency, GAO, develop an Agile Audit Guide, which is now being used to evaluate Aagile projects across all U.S. Federal agencies.
