Artemis Consulting, in addition, to being a services company has been working on products that use emerging technologies that help our customers take advantage of improved algorithms and tools.
These are our current product offerings. Feel free to contact us for more information
FOIA Management System

To face the joint challenges of request management, effective discovery of documents, and management of responses by state, local and federal agencies to citizens and organizations, Artemis Consulting has built a next generation FOIA Management system provided through a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that uses Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Human Centered Design (HCD) to build a robust learning backend that helps agencies manage their FOIA process, and build customized one-stop portals for the public. Our ML algorithms include k-nearest neighbors (KNN), Sentence Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (S-BERT) and the use of domain-specific named entity recognition (NER) to help organize, store and understand existing FOIA requests, responses and documents, and provide tools both to agency FOIA administrators and to the public to find accurate FOIA information and prior FOIA responses. The machine learning backend is supplemented through a front-end that is based on human centric design and usability principles and is fully customizable for our customers while taking advantage of the hosted platform’s common features.

Secure healthcare data sharing using Blockchain

Using an encrypted blockchain product, we allow healthcare data to be shared by individuals with specific healthcare providers and collaborators. Large blobs of data are stored off-chain but the primary metadata is kept on the blockchain. Field level access is enabled to ensure that the data is private. All data is tamper-proof and immutable, one of the key advantages of blockchain technology.
